Well, good job on that.  Must have taken awhile.  Seems you've triggered something in Nathan too.  Most of the rest of his story is on the table now as well.  And he's a complete wreck because of it.  There's still a chance Ventus can turn that around, though.  Empathy is a powerful thing, after all.

That actually made me sad to go.

Anyway, since the chance to mention it never came up, there would have been a plate across the knuckles inscribed into the leather. Vincent might have been a cop, but he was never one not in favor of tipping the odds in a fight. They're not studded because that would have been an offensive weapon (and kind of beyond the setting's weapon taboo), but the plate still lets you hit like a truck.

The finger-less design on the other hand lets you keep your manual dexterity.

Yeah. It was a little detail I thought about that when I was originally doing up the character. Just never became significant enough to bring up per se, especially since it didn't have any mechanical effect.
