It will be dangerous for the Pokemon, so we need a creature that's tough, sneaky, but desirable to an evil organization. Remember when Ventus knew that Nathan was keeping things from him, and he went to spy on him? That didn't turn out very well, but he still got the info he wanted.  If he think Shiva of all people is starting to keep info that hinders the team, and he's going to start going to be getting suspicious.
