Water Stone, probably.  Seems like an obvious choice since I have a Staryu.  Not super interested in the pokemon rewards, to be honest (I mean, I got a Porygon, so...), though I think a few of them would probably be fun (Shame getting Dwebble before fighting Zamboni isn't an option for anyone with less than three CarnyCoins).  Having a fast Starmie could be cool, though there are some moves from Staryu's movepool that I intend to try and get first.
