Oh my. Shiva was absolutely relieved that this went well... Not imaginable what could have happened if Teleport failed! It was good to see that Helios did seemed way less worried than his caretaker, given that he began to nap all peacefully. She gently petted the Pokemon's head. "You did great. Thank you for engaging in this battle with me - as promised, you will be rewarded. For now, rest well." She withdrew the napping Pokemon into his ball, shielding him from more harm and the rain that began to fall.
Now to mention... Rain. Ugh. How she...disliked Rain... And appearamtly, Shiva was not the only one with this trait. Cottonee didn't either... It was clearly visible that she was not happy with her cotton slowly getting soaked and heavier.
"Try not to mind the rain, please! I know you dislike this, but please focus on the battle! I rely on you, dear fluffball !"... "Keep your distance, don't move unless you have too, and keep on with Absorb!"
Orders: We'll continue exploiting my Grass STAB and the fact that Lapras is weak to this until either Lapras is down, or Cottonee reaches a -2 Pain Penalization (At this point, we'll use a Potion! Same with Confusion, I have one Persim Berry Juice left). Absorb constantly heals in the amount of half of the inflicted damage. If Lapras is preparing for Ice Shard or any other Ice Type move, we evade that.
Effect: Damage! That tanky Lapras will go down.
Secondary Effect: Restores HP half the damage inflicted.
Possible Evasion Roll: 2 Dexterity + 1 Fight + 0 Evasion = 3 D6dice
Accuracy Roll: 2 Dexterity + 1 Fight + 0 Channel = 3 D6dice
Damage Roll: 2 Strenght (1 on default, +1 due to Growth) + 1 Power of the move + 1 STAB = 4 D6dice + 1 autodamage due to super effective
Pain Penalization: 0 so far.
Additional Notes: Leveling up on Channel after this battle is a good idea.
