Having access to them would really expand the movesets of all of our Pokémon, but we have not run across one so far (We were not even given one for beating the gym!)

Weren't TMs super rare?
As for expanding move sets, I said that I want to develop some Skill in Move Tutoring Stat.You'll get your Nasy Plot eventually~

HM's are super rare, while TM are just plain rare and/or expensive to buy. I might not need Nasty Plot in the future, if Ancient Power pays off!
