[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins
Lore and Science Rolls are something you can ask for any time if you want to know something that's not as commonly known about the world. A few select moves also use Science in their accuracy.

You could use a Science roll to build a technology related to the science. Engineering could help you disassemble a Pokeball or repair a broken one. Breeding science could help you breed faster better stronger. Lore would be great for finding just the right information you seek at the University or something.

These are "soft skills" that are indispensable on the rare occasions they come up, but that a character can often find a use for if she looks for them specifically.

Let's see, what can I use as a rule for Move Tutoring.
First off, you must have at least 1 point in it to use these rules.
The Tutor must spend time doing Training Sessions (no more than 1 per day) with the Pokemon in question until enough successes have been accumulated.
Only one Pokemon at a time per Tutor per day.
Having a Pokemon with the move, helping, adds 1 success to every roll.
You must be familiar with the move you are tutoring somehow. Maybe you have a book about it, or a copy of the TM that you are loathe to use, or you've seen it used a few times.
The roll is Insight + Knowledge + Move Tutoring.
A status move (deals no damage) requires 10 successes. A damaging move requires 12 successes. For Shiva, that's an average of 3 training sessions.
These training sessions do not grant XP, just access to the move.
You need Iron's permission first. It's likely to be granted for moves with a cost of "?", unless I have plans for making that move rarer.
