Shedninja appearance will be a random happening, as far as I can tell. Given the fortune I had, though,we are more likely than not to get one, though...

I was asking if I get a shedinja the way you evolve a ninjask with the open slot in your team and a spare pokeball

EDIT: i forgot i didn't say it in the post but Larry doesn't want to fight Shiva as she is weak and Larry doesn't want to make anyone mad that he OHKOed Shiva's team (or at least with the type advantage over most of her team Larry should be able to OHKO her team)
