First, they appear to have a very strong emotional attatchment to that hat of there, so much so that they are willing to drown in it, as it were. Additionaly, the top hat point towards some performance career on there part, or theatric at the very least. Then, there the fact that some of its negatively is turned in on itself, a rarity I haven't seen since Garv in our therapy sessons. 'If something isn't done soon to fix this little one's attitude, I fear the worst for its continued health! Over all, this was a very peculiar Pokémon, more Puzzle than any fighter.
