.... Oh. Shiva at first did not notice there was a POKEMON in that hat... And what an adorable one! However... it looked rather down. It looked so wrong on the small blue mouse... the small partly Fairy Type... At this thougth, Shiva mood immediatly went up. That is, even more than it already was currently. She was not asking for it, but Ventus already gave the whole thing to her, assuming she was the right person in this case... what a gentleman!
