Finally somebody else who doesn't wish to have Gamma Urayne implented to the game. Same reasons.

Unfortunately, I want its Gamma Form obtainable, for the same reasons that Mega Raquaza exist : Because its cool and powerful! It would sure as heck be banned from any format imaginable, but it would be fun playing clearing out everything in game with it!
