Okay, so I encountered something really odd while browsing through the core book...Double Team raises evasion by 2, apparently. Meanwhile, Minimize only raises it by 1. That's...exactly opposite what the moves do in the games. On one hand, it's great, because almost every pokemon can learn Double Team. On the other, it completely invalidates Minimize's existence and makes the rarity of having a +2 evasion booster of some kind rather meaningless.
It seems to be the intention of the writers though, because that quirk is present in both 1.10 and 1.2...
