No wonder, that resort is only mentioned in Shiva's Guidebook. Muahahahaha!

The resorts are not for free though. I doubt Nathan will enjoy this and let you go however, and Shiva wouldn't feel a little sorry for leaving him all alone in the tent, and least of all she would enjoy dragging the whole party there. But after that little scene before she left she'd glady spend some qualitative time with you. You amused her by your comment~

I could have taken Raphael with her to the resort, now to think about it...

If you want, you could just ask him for permission to take care of Raphael for awhile, until he gets better. He doesn't want his little angel seeing him injured, so having them with you would be an ideal way for it explore the land without worry!
 
Also, what is Shiva going to do about Azuril now?! Oh my...
