Kinesis and Telekinesis from Abra evolution can help Shiva out in fights, and I believe Whimiscott learns Tailwind at some point, so it those moves can help Phantom out in a dragged out fight. Oh course, that is neither here or there at the moment, but its some helpful suggestion for the future!
