Shiva persuaded a half team of Pokemon to join her without any hint of violence. But sometimes, a vile witch who wants to see the opponent choke on toxic Fairy Dust replaces this. Somewhat blue.

It's a piece of old military humor which evolved from a common aphorism in the Singapore military due to the stonking heavy MATADOR anti-armor weapons generously distributed to infantry sections and a reference to MATADOR crews and their tendency to alpha strike their payload at the slightest provocation to reduce their carry weight.

"Yes!"

But I'm explaining a joke which has nothing to do with Pokemon.
