I can't very well let them drown, but I won't let them do anything that could harm us,' Ventus thought, before barking out a order to his Arbok.

"Apsis, go out into the water and restrain that individual, then bring them ashore. The feeling I get from this individual is most unbecoming, but I need to speak with them first before I decide upon further action."

Order: Have Apsis swim out and use Wrap on the Drowning man, binding him so that he can't summon Pokémon, then bring him in front of the group. If drowning man gets out of Wrapp, Apsis will use then Wrap again on them, before bringing them to her master. Pragmatic, remember?
