Shiva, I think it's probably OK that your orders involve a contact move. Even when Wrapped, Pinsir is still flying around: trying to cover for his trainer, trying to find a good spot to attack Apsis, and so on. Few situations where Pokemon are not moving around the battlefield at all during their turn, unless the Pokemon is explicitly hiding somewhere to make use of terrain and so on.
