@Dragonstrike : My my, all that time DID pay off, since you said the exact thing that was needed to disarm him of his notions: Kirlia's reading and how the Cheshire League stood in the world. I honestly expected things to get worse, but Nathan sure turned around things, eh?

Yeah, I was considering a number of responses to try and support Nathan's observations.  Kirlia pulled through in the end once again as a reliable source of information.

And hopefully Nathan's vague warning concerning the League's involvement in the law got through to Ventus.  Getting on their bad side is the last thing you want to do...just look at what happened to Sarimanok.

Of course, if you have access to near limitless resources, and immense amount of power, and know how to hide, that's not as much of an issue...no wonder the Scimitars don't fear the League, though it makes me wonder just where they get all that stuff from...

Ventus is wondering the very same as you are...he's just FAR more enraged than I thought he ever would be by the information. If he didn't want to stop all the Scimitars before, now he just want to scower the earth of them completely! By the way, he's not mad at Nathan, just at the news he has heard. It pissed him off something fierce, nearly much as the time he was in the Vespiqueen presence!
