Ventus was suddenly distraught seeing Nathan fleeing from him, his sudden sadness mixing rather poorly with the negativity already within him. 'Oh dear...I have driven him away because of my emotional response. Why did this have to happen to me again...?' he thought mournfully, painfully flashing back to the memory of Rachael's run away note. Just as before, his over worrying and drastic actions has caused someone important to him to flee, and he couldn't be more devasted at that fact.

Still, he had to remember that not all was lost with his relationship with Nathan. With time, he could repair it, but not right now. Not when everyone's emotions where running high from today's conflict. So, with a few clenches of his fist and affixing a serene smile on his face, Ventus strolled over to the statue, absolutely intent on switching the Normal Drive out. He need something to focus his mind on, after the fallout with his friend...
