How do you handle it in your Game if the Corebook explicitely mentions that a Pokemon elvolves by reaching a certain level? (See Fennekin) So far we, only saw evolutions that are independent from level: Weedle evolves 'while still young', Ralts 'after a powerful and happy moment' and Ekans 'after reaching a certain size'.
I'll post in Game Thread as soon as Windos is back. Hoping to get to meet Lumin for the sake of paying my fine before we leave Wineberry.
