I was talking about Shell Smash Expunge Spore Sucker Punch sweep. And Baton Pass is banned? Why?

Baton Pass Clause: Players cannot have more than one Pokémon with the move Baton Pass. Furthermore, a Pokémon cannot have Baton Pass while also a move that boosts Speed and a move that boosts another stat.

Tsk. Then Dragon Dance Luxelong Baton Pass is illegal? Or speed boosted Stenowatt with Glow Tail?

If we take Smogon's clause orders, then its all illegal...

The way I read it now, it says a Baton Passer can't have a two Stat Boosting moves, if one of them boosts Speed. Does that mean Dragon Dance Baton Pass is still legal? Does the clause take abilities that boost speed into account on a Baton Pass users?

It does say a move that boosts speed and another boosting move. So having Tail Glow and Agility with Baton Pass is illegal. So are moves that boosts 2 stats at once. Like Dragon Dance. I would still say its illegal. And it doesn't say abilities, but i'm pretty sure that's illegal too. Really, one of the only things Baton Pass would still be good for is setting up a Sub-Pass.
