Bloody 'ell, you are right! We got another error here that needs correction! Water Absorb would bring it back to 5/7 HP, which means that you would only have -1 Pain Penalization, and could spam more confusions that round! This could what the doctored ordered for you battle against Bliltzle!

Porygon will be all patched up when round 6 begins, so I'm not in a completely terrible situation at least

That's great to hear! If you did actually lose, though, I would just have my chara abort their action to come and try to bail you out Nathan, mate. He's not going to let his friend suffer the debt of others, not on his watch!

I'm fairly certain that's against League rules.  Interrupting an official League battle like that wouldn't reflect well on whoever did so.
