Its going to be a bit of a crapshoot, then, to see if you are going to get what you want out of this new encounter set. Though, given that you are in a massive forest know for its Bug types, and the Pokémon is hanging out near live powerlines, its likely going to be Joltick, Tricwe, Pickachu etc... At the very least, you are likely going to get that Electric type you want on your team!
Yeah, I'll probably get something that's electric type out of it. Tricwe seems almost as likely as Joltik in terms of just liking sucking power, though I think Joltik wins out there in the end because Tricwe are Tandorian primarily.
Also, this forest is known for its fire types as well. And Numel is on the list of Yellow pokemon, if you didn't notice
It's probably more likely to be found on Mt. Molten, but hey, ya never know!
