Of course, the problem is actually capturing them at full health.  Considering their Will scores tend to vastly outnumber our Insight and Seal Strengths on weaker pokeballs, it takes some real luck and good planning to obtain them without battling them first.

This just sweetened the fact that I sucessfully acquired four Pokemon so far. Thank you! And good luck with Joltik!~
Inflicting Status Conditions does help, it reduces 1 Willpoint and does not decrease their HP.
