From what the book says, it sounds even stronger than it is in the games. Not only will the target refuse to attack who they're attracted too, they'll also refuse to affect the user's allies. blegh Okay, maybe that's still about the same as it is in the games. Though that is just the battle applications...
And unlike Confusion, there's nothing that cures attraction aside from switching and the rare Red Flutes (give Nathan a usable source of ash though, and maybe he can try crafting one of those amazing glass flutes...infinite cures for sleep, confusion, and attraction are great, and white and black flutes are cool for manipulating wild pokemon encounter rates. Or we could get something completely different and unique, even.)
