(...) After all, Ven is a strong believer of catering to a Pokémon's nature/personality when ever possible, so he might not like it if Nathan outright denies Joltik evo from eating other wild bugs/small mammals! Hopefully if the issue is brought up, they can resolve it peacefully...

If the spider dares coming too close to her or her beloved Electric rodents, she still has Fennekin to show the spider that such behavious is not appreciated~

Joltick use Electro Web, Sticky Web, Agility, and Screech in conjection, tanking and/dodging all possible Fire attacks! Joltick uses Electro Ball! If brutally effective! Fennekin faints! Joltik then goes over and wraps them in silk, saving them for a meal latter down the line.... We might just have one of the most broken 'mons imaginable, if it gets all its buffs and debuff out!

I don't think Sticky Web and Electro Web stack, unfortunately.  Iron's call on that in the end, though.  I think they DO stack with Paralysis, but again, Iron's call.

But yeah, Electro Ball has a max of 6 Power if used against a pokemon that has 4 less Dex than the user.  That's going to be brutal. Particularly if the opponent has -2 Defense from Screech.
