Thank you! Also, @Lord Windos, me had an idea: If Ven really wishes to have the knife he left for Spearow back from Shiva, how about giving one of the Sticks in return? Not both, one would be enough. That way, he had the knife back as desired, and the Spearow would not be completly without a weapon. Independet of whether I'll end up keeping the Spearow as my Pokemon, keeping it temporarly to find a better owner for it (some NPCs who engage in Martial Arts?) or setting it free on Route 3. One Stick is worth 50$ if I remember correctly, so the loss on money to pay the fine of 3000$ isn't that big, actually.

Fair enough trade, so if Shiva brings up the offer, he'll be happy to give the larger Stick to her! If he can get back a weapon he's proficient in, he'd be a happy camper indeed!

Oh, we never informed Shiva about Ventus' and Nathan's deal regarding the Deyo Flowers, eh Dragonstrike? Should fix that if I can... I also like the fact that Shiva is willing to torch those flowers, as that thought would fill the researcher with no end of joy. He promised not to destroy them, but if someone else does, he wouldn't have any objections to raise...
