I bred this thing quite a while ago. Timid nature, as seen. Think I should get rid of the EV in Special Defence as well as leaving only 6 in Speed, while reinvesting 252 into the HP? ... Most likely.

As for moves... Not sure whether I shall sacrifice Nasty Plot for the sake of Solar Beam.

Yeah, the speed increasing abilities are some of the most dangerous abilities in competitive pokemon since they flip the usual speed tiers on their heads.  The trick is using them reliably.

Your Coatlith is currently fine as it is for a Nasty Plot set that isn't reliant on the sun being up.  100 base speed is still decently fast.  And if the sun is up for some coincidental reason, nothing can hope to outspeed your dragon without a ton of boosts of their own.
