Ventus1: (6) + 5 = 11
Machop: (2) + 2 Dex + 4 Survival = 8
Poliwhirl: (2) = 8
Ventus2: (2) +2 Dex + 3 Survival = 7
Technically I should know your Pokemon first before initiatives, but this'll be fine. Whichever one you list first will be the 11.
