Ven wanted to push straight into Corsage without resting (Beds and Baths always sound so nice!), but he knew that the rest of the group might not want to push themselves that hard. Though, given that the last time he saw Shiva was getting a glimpse of her fight a Grimer, perhaps she would be eager to finish their journey to the port town....

There's plently of time to rest and sleep later, Shiva wishes to heal up that Spearow she's carrying around to full health as soon as possible, interact with Comite for the first time as well as introducing herself as the astral rock's new Master and finally make it to call home using the Center's PC and Internet Connection to ask her father whether he ever heared of Pokemon from Tandor.

There's a thing that came into my mind today: Windos, you actually want Shiva join Ven when he attents court? Maybe Ven needs her statement as witness or as emotional backup. It doesn't really matter to me, she'll come with him if he asks her, but will be alright if he decides that it's a thing he has to do all alone. Your call, entirely.
