Tianlong was silent for the longest time, their mask facing the door of the helicopters as they stared, blankly. Finally, they let out a long, tired sigh, and turned to face Xenoic. Reaching into his cowl, he retrieved a small photo graph, and handed it to the criminal geneticist. It simply depicted a shiny Luxelong, looking quite frail and ill. It was hooked up to a variety of machine, all of which purpose seemed to be to keep the unlucky dragon alive.

As you can see by the picture, she is currently in a state of extreme duress and illness, and this is due to a rare degenerative condition that affects the line. Her biochemistry is slowly spiraling out of control, organs shutting down and necrotizing, her muscular deteriorating, bones weakening....plainly put, my Luxelong is dying. Standard drug treatment and what qualifies as 'gene therapy' won't suffice, and her condition is past the point of my current resources can account for.

"For now, I can keep her stable, and her higher brain functions intact, but I don't know who long this uneasy equilibrium will last. That brings us to our partnership, Xenoic. Out of all the geneticists I know, you are the only one both skilled, knowledgeable, and capable enough to be able to preform the job I want. Your distinct lack of moral fiber and bold cleverness also made you an appealing, and as it turns out, wise choice. What I want you do is exceedingly complex, yet simple in its demand: transform my dragon into a human form. From what I know, the disease only affects Pokémon in general, so by converting her DNA into human or semi-human, the degenerative disease will cease to be an issue, and she can live a long, if vastly different life. Still, better be in a new body, rather than dying in her old one."
