The Great Cookie Capers!

That explained a lot, actually.  All those vague preliminary reports on the Cookie Thief that he'd read...they'd made very little sense by themselves, but everything slot into place neatly after that explanation.  From the sound of things, though...it was more than just cookies.  And Tandor, of all places, had apparently been experiencing a spike in crime?  'Guess Kellyn wasn't able to focus on his job as much once that nuclear crisis kicked off...but this guy?  Helping clean up what was left?  And exactly what is in those cookies?'

It's rather quiet as the motley group 'enjoys' their meal.  

There's little else to say.

When it's all said and done, the agent stands.  "Well, since you saved me the trouble of introducing myself, I have little reason to stay here except to enjoy the company.  Now then, if you'll excuse me, I really must be going.  Ta ta."

He activates a Smoke Ball hidden on his person, and disappears (along with absol) by the time the smoke clears.  No need for prying eyes to see where he went and how he escaped.

It was time to get to work.

This thief wasn't the only one with eyes everywhere...

*Nodds their head at them, waving to off as they prepared to leave*

A man of you prowess and dedication can not be kept from their job for any length of time, I see! Well, I did enjoy our lunch together, and I learned so much about you as well, so I would say it was a productive for the both of us, overall! I look forward to what you'll shake up here in Tandor! The region doesn't need any drama right now- heaven forbid we have another Nuclear Crisis on our hands- but a little more spice would certainly be nice!


*Watches them activate the Smoke Ball, seeing how he escaped, but choosing not to follow*

*Pours them some more wine, and take a long drink of it*  Such a melodramatic escape...I love it! Until we meet again, Agent Dragonstrike....

*Chuckles to themselves, before ordering more food for himself, and finishing off the bottle of wine*
