It should be noted that Weather and Terrain aren't quite the same thing, and can coexist at the same time.  Just look at all those Tapu Koko that show up on Rain Teams to spam their Electric Terrain boosted Thunders, for example.

I know that, but If those users set it up and a Pokémon like Encartress, Tracton, Lassuire, Siekameter etc comes in, the dragon will be at a disadvantage from that point onwards! On the subject of Terrain, Trick Room teams would seriously screw Yatagaryu over, as all that speed does nothing at that point, hehehe!

Shame terrains are incredibly niche, and the Terrain Extender and Terrain abilities don't exist in Uranium (as of 1.1.0.  no telling if they will in the future, though I doubt it will happen).
