I like the weather idea for a counter, but agreed with Dragonstrike that Terrains aren't too good without the terrain extender or abilities. Also I forgot to mention Alpico as a check... oops. Trick Room teams would be pretty good, but I'd hesitate to say that's a good way to beat Yatagaryu since that would mean making an entire team to counter it, which seems like overkill.
