That offer to help with the meditation is actually EXACTLY what Nathan had wanted to hear.  If anyone needed to achieve a Calm Mind right now, it was him and Kirlia...

"Any help with meditation would be appreciated.  I'm not usually too into it, but...Kirlia's having some trouble with progressing towards learning Calm Mind.  And to be honest, we could both use the practice...I don't drink coffee, though.  Never liked the stuff.  I don't know how anyone drinks stuff that foul every day...though I can't complain about the smell...
