The agent wasted no time the next day. His pokemon were all over the city by the time dawn broke. It was a big place, but his pokemon were well suited for the level of espionage required. Having that permit that allowed him to carry more than 6 pokemon as long as it was work related was quite spectacular.

As for himself...he took up a position from where he could watch the Chief Ranger's home, with Gardevoir and Absol close by him. Time to see how Phantom went about her day...and if that thief decided to warp in or out, Gardevoir would sense it. It hadn't taken her long to familiarize herself with such a unique energy signature after the several times it had been used to catch Dragonstrike off guard.

It hadn't taken him long to notice the other watchers around the house, either. They were good, but they weren't as good as he was. It was that damn thief that he was worried about. He seemed to know WAY more than he should...if there was anyone that could lead him to the thief's location of residence, though, it was the thief's fiance. If the Cookie Thief caught on to this (and he probably will), then Dragonstrike was ready this time. He hadn't earned his codename for no reason. Even dragons trembled before him when he got serious. With Gardevoir's help, he'd know when the thief appeared. And she'd notify him and Absol immediately with her empathic telepathy. They'd done this before on prior missions, but now it was time to crank it up to 11...
