"I didn't realize you would actually bring THE Mr. Fuji, considering his stance on genetics now. Mr. Fuji, I understand this is not what you wanted to do in your spare time but, what I'm trying to accomplish is the saving of life through... unorthodox methods. This type of science can be applied to the medical field too and understand anatomy and cells better. I have always released important discoveries in the field, as I'm sure you know. Understand that the subject and specimen will be under sedatives and anesthesia to make sure they don't suffer."
*Xenoic then looks at Duplicat* "Preserve the cadavers over there," *Points towards a newly made tank full of ice imported from Unova's famous Kyruem-made ice in Opelucid city after the event* "And after that transport Bailey into the observation room" (The room consists of a closed environment with a biometric lock door and glass windows to observe specimens within)
"I have no specific vendetta against Bailey but whatever works I guess, I going to need to patch her up a bit also. Mr. Fuji I would appreciate if you began the construction of the body. Start off with the aquarium tank by filling it with the blood and check the DNA with Duplicat please."
Mr. Fuji, after getting a quick read on the data (and begrudgly admitting that its interesting findings), turned to face Xenoic, still looking somewhat peeved at his 'inclusion' into Tianlong's affair's. "Save your breath, kid, Tianlong already gave me that speal. Still doesn't change the fact that what you two are doing is utterly mad. Not only are you tinkering with DNA on a scale that exceeds the original Mew Cloning Project, but you are trying to create Pokémon-Human hybrids on top of that. Add in who knows how many innocent lives that have been and will be adversely affect by this research, and the fact that this will only encourage more scientists and criminals to engage in Genetically modifying Pokémon for their own gain..." Dr. Fuji just let out a tired sigh, pinching his nose in frustration, before giving a frustrated, yet ever so slightly understanding look to them.
"*Sigh* . Look, kid, I get where you are coming from by doing this project of his. Back then, I thought I was doing the world a favor by creating Mewtwo, advancing mankind's knowledge of the origins of Pokémon, and perhaps make so that death isn't just a terminal end anymore. Then everything slowly went to hell. My own cloned daughter literally began melting away before my eyes, as her unstable DNA just...fell apart, despite all my carefull, painstaking sequencing. Mewtwo happened, and nearly destroyed the world as we knew it several times, before it finally calmed its ass down some. Team Rocket nearly abused my research to their own ends, and I nearly died several times over throughout all of that."
"Xenoic...take it from me: the line of work you are doing will only end disaster, one way or another. Either you catastrophically fail with this project, or it goes horrifically right for any number of reasons. I can't do anything to stop what is going on before my eyes, but you still can. You are in charge here; you can put and end to this before any chaos can occur." Saying his piece on the matter, Fuji did what he was told to do, and began to do what the geneticist ask him to do. He just hope that his speech reached whatever moral fiber that lay within that man. Otherwise, shit was going to hit the fan. Spectacularly so, even.
Tilting his head at Dr. Fuji, they just waved the man off, clearly unconvinced of the merits of the doctor's argument. "We wouldn't listen to the man, if we were you. His views are jaded and biased, both stemming on his own shortcomings and failures, and despite what he's telling you, some part is eager to see what comes of this project of ours. After all, no one has ever done this level of genetic modification upon a Pokémon before, not even him. Even he's curious what will become of this experimental data, in spite of his belief that it is nothing good at all. Just continue on working, and everything will come together in the end. We can only hope so, anyway." To save both Xenoic and Duplicat time, the masked benefactor transported Bailey's body to the biometric chamber themselves. After all, time is a precious commodity. It can make fools out of them all, but it could make them great man yet.
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
