We will need most likely a few more days to confirm it has bonded however. Now, Mr. Fuji I understand that you have far more experience with fabricating a body than I do, can you help explain to me the process while we are examining the spliced DNA?"
Mr. Fuji, unlike Xenoic, actually tried to get at least 8 hours of sleep per nights, so he didn't nearly looked as tired as the beleaguered geneticist did. At the same time, though, he didn't possess the same passion that drove them to work so fervently. "Yeah, I'm done with that task. Tricky as hell to splice the DNA of several species of Pokémon with the Human genome without some sort of template to work with, which is only compound by the fact that what we are doing is essentially creating one from whole scratch. Making Mewtwo wasn't this difficult, given my goal was just to create an improved and more combat oriented Mew, and I was only work with one set of DNA at that! Still, the delicate work is finally done, and now we have to wait and see if the sequence DNA build for the Poke-Human hybrid doesn't collapse on itself."
Fuji took off his glasses for a moment, cleaning them off out of a nervous habit he built up, before putting them on once more. He moved over to were the cloning tank was, currently filled will the blood of who knows how many Luxelongs and humans. "Making bodies and various cloned body parts isn't that difficult of a task, surprisingly. Complicated as hell, and requiring that you damn well know genetics and Pokémon/Human Biology like it burned into your skull, but its not hard to do in practice. You pretty much take some stem cells and an zygote from a recipient that closely match to what you are trying to create, craft a Virus delivery system with the Pokémon you wish to create/clone, then infect the whole batch with them.
"The virus will reprogram the zygote to produce the desired Pokémon or being, while the stem cells do the important job of constructing the body while keeping the developing fetus from being subject to typical genetic abnormalities that plagued old cloning. After everything is set up, you then artificially start the gestation process of the egg in an incubation or cloning tank, and just wait for the body to construct itself in time. You have to moniter it the whole time to make sure the clone doesn't deteriote or have its body breakdown due to their immune system going haywire, but its not too difficult to correct those problems. You understand, kid?" He doesn't like having to retread memories regarding cloning, but he is the most knowledgable person in the world on that field. If he doesn't make sure process goes smoothly, who will?
Like the wind, I come and go as I please... but I am always there to provide a comforting breeze.
