It didn't take long for Gallade to pinpoint the presence of Windos's ghosts.  They weren't trying to hide from him currently, apparently.

"Alright, you ghosts.  Make sure your master tells his fiance that one of her rangers has gone missing.  I need to meet with her ASAP to discuss this situation with her."

*A Mimikyu popped out right in front of Dragonstrike, and handed them a message, before waving at them and disappearing*

The message was short and to the point: "My rival, meet me and Phantom in front of the hospital. We will meet you as soon as the Chief has had time to prepare."

*The Mimikyu appear in front of Thief, and relayed the information*

...That son of a bitch! Phantom, its worse than we though about the hospital: the person abducted was EeveeBailey. We need to hurry up and get ready now. I will not tolerate another thief in my city, especially not a bloody police snatcher! Bolluck to that!!!

*The Thief rushed to get the rest of his attire in order, and wrote a message for his Mimikyu to give to agent, all in a state of extreme anger. Uh oh.*
