Alternatively, you can try to ask @Selene on her thread,
OR simply just breed a Eletux quick and put it up GTS asking for what you want if you don't care about IVs. Another thing to note is that shiny charm is more useful breeding wise since you CAN have Masuda on your side as well instead of having to rely solely on wild encounters.
