Well, looks like we found another use for Insight: Meditation! If you start focusing on that stat, you'll have a much easier time gaining XP for Kirlia and any other Psychic/spiritual types that fall under your control!

Hmmm... Could that meditation-thing be interesting for Helios (pure Psyhic evolution-family) and Fennekin (gains Psychic Type on Final Form of evolution) as well? I have a good Insight, and am intersted in leveling-up to an Insight of 4 at some point during the campaign.

Nothing's stopping you from giving it a try in some training.  It probably works best with trying to learn spiritual-like moves.  Calm Mind and Meditate are just the easy examples that it helps with.
