Oh, Vaporeon knows Rain Dance! Since you are the resident Move Tutor in training, Phantom, observing the move for yourself and note how its done could allow you teach it to both your and our Water Pokémon! That is, if Iron allows it!

Marill learns Rain Dance on default with 31XP, but you're still right about me being highly interested in this move. ^-^

Oh, Ven did not react yet to Shiva taking his hand on the way to Vaporeon's place...

You can assume that its so natural to hold hand with Shiva, that he really doesn't have much to say about the event. After all, you don't really comment about something that just seems like a part of you, right?

If you have an idea how the move is conducted, you can possibly lowering the cost of learning the mover for Marill (future), and make it easier to teach the rest of our Pokémon!
