Oh, how badly it wants to evolve and use this move the way it was intended to be used!!

How is Azu supposed to evolve is she has a Happiness of -1? :C

Simple: bond with it. Given enough time and divine intervention (Hint hint, Iron!), Azu will become a might Marill someday! That's a great thing, right? Other than that, you could try taking it to a Pokémon Consular and see what if you can't find what got it so depressed to begin with, and work from there (assuming that their is such a profession in the game...)!
