Seeing that Azurill clearly showed an interest in such a shard and Shiva almost immediatly fell in love with the shard being shaped like a Luvdisk... It's just too cute and fortuitous aaand somewhat expresses the affection she developed for Azu and her habit to hide and sleep in a top hat...
She almost didn't notice Ven was still by her side. And was giving her a curious yet weird look. Eh... "Don't say a thing, Ven, that shall be a gift for Azurill. What are your thoughts?
