I decided I'd like to have @Iron stumble me over the existence of a thing called "Breeder's Lisence", maybe have it mentioned by a NPC or while lurking around in a library?

As for friendship with Nathan, she's all open and happy to build up a pleasnt relationship!~ As long as she gets the feeling that he is not cornering her about, say, why Ralts evolved and stuff. But bringing up a common interest might indeed break the ice and open doors that were closed for her own and the Secret Mission's safety.

Well, what if Shiva were to, say, have the usual Breeder complaint of not having enough room in the party for the eggs she was hatching, and it came up in that hypothetical breeder conversation with Nathan?

As mentioned before, Nathan does know of them, and that would be a convenient way to stumble across it, as well as potentially procure Nathan's help with affording it (if desired)

The trick would be starting that conversation...
