Move tutor currency seems too rare

I particularly dislike it for a specific reason other than the pricing (and currency): it invalidates some of the NPC's. What are they all going to do now, since they had their purposes ripped away? If your going to do that, at least give them something else to do in return...

Also, having a least one move tutor available early game could help out, if they were offering decent moves.

I checked and the old man and dentist are completely gone. It's weird having an empty house, and a house where a nurse mentions her dentist boss that no longer exists.
