Pokemon Uranium Patch 1.0.3 - Tutor Up!

Not to nitpick but after looking at all the animations in the game (yes i found every mon that has an animation) i would recomend a hotfix to just slow down the animation since pokemon like sableye and cotonee just look like theyre randomly spazzing out gyrating up and down

Also, I know why the animated backsprites are miniature. The animations are pulled from Black and White, which had the back sprites the same size as the front sprites. Uranium's back sprites are drawn much larger, probably to prevent the ugly pixelation when the smaller back sprites were zoomed in on.
