Phantom, you do remember the penalties for attempting to use 3+ pokemon at the same time, right?

I'm not using 3+ Pokemon at the same time. Only Cottonee, Plusle and Minun are under my control in this encounter. @Iron, I thought I made it clear that Azurill is not participating in the battle anymore?

Still 3 Pokemon, but given one was ordered to keep spamming a move until the target , you would be able to order the other 2 ewell enough! Up to Iron , though!
