Whoah there. First a huge Rattata, then a Zangoose... They must have entered a part of the forest they have not passed on the way to Corsage.
It just stared at Shiva there, ready to tangle. Or do anything at all. However, it did not come closer, at least for now.
Bringing Azurill and Cottonee closer to her - she decided her Fairies shall get a chance of a walk in the morning sun as well - she backed a little away from that Zangoose. She displayed calmness, and did whatever possible to not let any fear show on the outside.
"Greetings, Zangoose. I didn't expect your kind living here in a forest, don't you usually dwell in grassy landscapes? Anyway...I don't have any Seviper with me. I'm sorry that I seemingly invaded your territory and put you in anger. I'll leave right away if you'd like, please don't do anything to me." The claws of a Zangoose are not funny. Not at all, and Shiva knew this.
"However...I see that you are a fighter. Always fighting for your territory, against Seviper, and for food. So, how about it? A little training in the morning? Fight two of my Pokemon? I'd be down with that." Not leaving the Zangoose out of sight, she fished out that orchid-patterend plat from bagpack and filled it with Dry Food and added the Chesto and Rawst Berry she currently had, before slidding the plate closer to Zangoose. If she'd have any Poffins, she'd also add those. All in slow and carefull movements, not to accidently scare the wild Pokemon and trigger an attack from it.
"All I am asking you is to not fight dirty. Keep your senses. Keep control of your precious claws. I won't battle you to unconsciousness, and I will not attempt to catch you either. All we two have is a fair battle for training reasons for both of us, then we part ways in peace."
"And YES, you can have all that food on this plate from me if you agree."

Mechanics:
I want to battle that Zangoose. I really do. But I don't want to risk suffering any lethal damage from moves it might have, so I wish my words and the offered food will convince it to hold back so lethal moves do normal damage instead. If Zangoose agrees, I'll jump in and give orders to my Pokemon. If Zangoose refuses, I might just collect my things, leave the food there anyway and run. Does fleeing from a wild Pokemon come with a roll to check its success?
