Really? I thought only one of them had it, unless Shiva taught the other one it some point during the campaign. When was that, then?

I don't remember the exact moment if she did.  Even if she didn't, it's a 0 exp move, so it could be learned at any time.

Also interesting is that both of them get Charm for 0 exp as well...hmmm...
