I'm very sorry, but I don't get your point.

I think he want Nucleon ability rework so that, while it does change Normal type moves into Nuclear type, it does not give it a STAB bonus or boost to it. While I don't think that would spare Nucleon the inevitable banhammer, it would make it more balanced in Ubers, at least.
